District Partners has been retained by a publicly traded manufacturing organization with a 50-year operating history to identify an FP&A Manager who will serve as a financial partner to operations and plant leadership across a multi-site footprint.
This role sits at the intersection of finance and manufacturing operations, supporting forecasting, cost visibility, capital planning, and performance management in an environment where financial insight directly influences production decisions. The company continues to invest in its facilities, systems, and people and offers the stability of an established enterprise with the mindset of a business still scaling.

- Partnering with plant and operations leaders on performance reviews and cost drivers
- Supporting capital expenditure planning, tracking, and ROI analysis
- Building and enhancing KPIs related to throughput, margin, absorption, and efficiency
- Translating complex operational data into clear financial narratives for leadership

- Ability to engage confidently with operations leaders and challenge assumptions
- Practical, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a data-driven environment
Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Worked closely with operations, supply chain, or engineering teams
- Experience in public or PE-backed manufacturing environments
- A preference for roles where finance influences real-world production decisions
Why This Role Is Compelling:
- Fully remote role supporting a multi-plant manufacturing environment
- Base compensation range of $120,000–$140,000
- Public company stability with consistent reinvestment in operations
- High exposure to plant leaders, operations, and senior finance leadership
- Minimal travel despite strong operational engagement
