A PE-backed organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and cross-departmental collaboration. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, problem-solving, and improving processes within a dynamic environment.

What You'll Do:

• Support month-end and year-end close activities
• Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations
• Assist with financial reporting, internal analysis, and operational support
• Maintain accurate records across general ledger accounts
• Support budgeting and variance review processes
• Partner with internal teams to provide financial insights
• Assist with periodic audits and prepare supporting documentation
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting workflows
• Provide backup support across core accounting functions as needed

What You'll Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
• CPA preferred but not required
• Strong proficiency in Excel
• Experience with accounting software and financial systems
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
