District Partners has been retained to identify a Practice Manager for a rapidly growing healthcare organization in Eastern Washington.

This is a key operational leadership role within a multi-site practice—and one that reports directly to the CEO. The right candidate will have the opportunity to help shape structure, systems, and culture for an organization experiencing significant growth and expansion.

The company has grown steadily over the past decade, now looking to operate across multiple sites. They’re seeking a high-capacity operator who brings the discipline of a hospital or large health-system environment but is energized by stepping into an entrepreneurial setting where their decisions and leadership directly impact the direction of the organization.

Why This Role Stands Out:

  • Direct partnership with the CEO, with a meaningful seat at the table
  • Opportunity to build and refine operational infrastructure for a multi-site environment
  • High visibility and influence in an organization poised for continued expansion
  • Mission-driven work impacting patients, families, and the surrounding community

What You’ll Lead:

  • All business, operational, and administrative functions across the practice
  • Front office leadership, HR oversight, hiring, performance management, and staff development
  • Budgeting, financial reporting, analytics, and KPI-driven decision-making
  • Facilities management, vendor relationships, and day-to-day operational flow
  • Collaboration with clinical leadership to align operations with quality and utilization goals

What the Ideal Background Looks Like:

  • 5+ years managing a healthcare or professional practice of 50+ employees
  • Strong leadership experience—culture building, coaching, accountability
  • Proven success managing HR, operations, facilities, budgets, and performance metrics
  • Advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills and familiarity with practice management systems
  • Multi-site or health-system experience is preferred

Who Thrives Here:

  • Leaders who appreciate autonomy and accountability
  • Operators who like bringing structure and operational excellence to growing environments
  • Builders who enjoy improving systems, leading teams, and scaling operations
  • Professionals who want to make a meaningful difference in a mission-oriented setting
